Frequently Asked Questions
What is the customization process, and how long does it take from confirmation to delivery?
The customization process is divided into 5 steps:
  1. Requirement communication (1-3 days): Clarify functions, parameters, budget and delivery nodes.
  2. Scheme Design (5-7 days): Provide 3D design drawings, technical solutions and quotation sheets.
  3. Plan confirmation and contract signing (1-2 days).
  4. Production, manufacturing and commissioning (15-45 days): Depending on the complexity of the equipment (e.g., 15-20 days for small testing equipment and 30-45 days for large production lines).
  5. On-site installation and acceptance (3-7 days).
The overall cycle is usually 30 to 60 days. Urgent orders can be shortened to within 30 days through priority production scheduling (separate communication is required).
How long is the equipment warranty period, and how are faults handled?
The warranty period for standard equipment is one year (core components such as servo motors and control systems are guaranteed for two years), and for customized equipment, it can be extended to 1.5 to 2 years as required.

During the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions due to non-human factors, we promise: We will respond within 1 hour during working hours (8:00-17:00) and provide a solution within 4 hours. For local customers, we will provide on-site repair services within 24 hours. For customers from other places, we will arrive at the site within 48 hours (within 72 hours for remote areas).
Is there an emergency response channel for malfunctions that affect production?
Yes, we offer 24-hour emergency service handled by dedicated emergency engineers:
  • Simple faults can be resolved within one hour through remote video guidance.
  • For complex faults, we will provide on-site service within 24 hours locally and 48 hours in different locations (an additional emergency service fee will be charged, subject to the service agreement) to minimize production losses.
Can you provide equipment renovation and upgrade services if our processes change?
Sure. We offer equipment upgrade and transformation services, including optimization of process parameters, addition of functional modules, and refurbishment of old equipment.

Renovation process: Engineers visit the site to assess the current status of the equipment → provide a renovation plan and quotation → Sign a renovation contract → On-site renovation and commissioning → Acceptance and delivery. A 6-month warranty is provided after the renovation.
Does the equipment comply with industry standards, and are certification documents provided?
All equipment complies with national GB standards and industry-specific standards such as GB7258-2012 and GB21861-2008. We can provide equipment inspection reports, CE certification (for export equipment), ISO9001 quality management system certification, and other documents. Customers can apply to the business consultant for inspection before signing the contract.
