Q
When do I need to use the 360-degree calibration cloth tool?
A
When the 360-degree panoramic imaging system in a vehicle experiences distorted display or incomplete imagery, you will need to purchase this calibration cloth tool to restore the display to its complete and correct state.
Q
How can buyers ensure that the calibration cloth they purchase is the correct size?
A
To guarantee successful calibration, please locate this specific view in your vehicle, take a screenshot, and send it to our customer service. We will then confirm the dimensions with you.
Q
Does your factory support customization?
A
Our factory offers customization for individual orders. Upon receiving the customer's dimensional drawings (PDF or CDR file), we will draft production blueprints. Manufacturing commences only after mutual confirmation of these blueprints. We provide optimized solutions for both single-unit orders and bulk wholesale purchases.
Q
How many types of materials does your factory offer for customers to choose from?
A
In the aftermarket, the calibration cloth for 360 surround view system installation and modification is made of 50g PP non-woven fabric by default. The original 360-degree calibration cloth for the front market defaults to 90g material. Our factory offers 90g, 120g, 200g, 240g and 460g materials. Different weights have different prices. We use 90GSM material as the default for orders. For other materials, please consult customer service.
Q
How is our quality?
A
Our materials are non-reflective. The printing alignment meets the international standard tolerance of ±5mm. They are durable, tensile-resistant, not easily damaged, and can be reused for over a year.
Q
How do you package your products?
A
Our default packaging method: folding + vacuum packing + carton. For retail orders, we typically use vacuum-sealed bags packed in carton boxes. For bulk orders, we can switch to roll packaging (shipped in cartons) upon the customer's request. Roll packaging is customized based on product dimensions and requires 10-20 days for production. Please be advised that roll packaging is more expensive to ship, and the cost increases proportionally with the length of the roll.
Q
Who are your factory's partners?
A
We have a strong track record in China, with long-term collaborations with over 5,000 4S stores, alongside automotive manufacturers, solution providers, and trading companies. The exceptional printing accuracy, superior material quality, and competitive pricing of our products are highly valued by our partners, which has led to enduring procurement relationships.
Q
What do the differences lie between reflective and non-reflective materials?
A
The advertising fabric exhibits severe glare due to the use of smooth, low-quality lamp cloth or coated materials, which prevents cameras from clearly recognizing calibration patterns. It is prone to wrinkling—uneven coating causes permanent creases during rolling or installation under uneven tension, resulting in a visibly cheap appearance. Furthermore, irreversible shrinkage occurs during printing as the material absorbs ink and is affected by drying heat, causing it to warp and fail to adhere flatly to the surface, ultimately leading to calibration failure.
Non-Reflective Material Display Image: We utilize UV printers equipped with advanced fully automated production technologies, such as Kyocera industrial-grade UV digital printheads. Through innovative development, we have created specialized camera-recognizable materials and inks that eliminate glare under strong light. Our product printing precision is strictly controlled within the ±5mm international standard, ensuring clear and accurate calibration results.
