KA3000-GS6 is a three-in-one automated equipment for programming/testing of standard trays, tapes, and tubes. It uses an XYZ three-axis manipulator, and the Z axis is equipped with four nozzles to absorb chips with stable performance. It is equipped with 1-6 built-in programmers (supporting 96 programming stations). Automatic tray feeding can support up to 20 trays, automatic taping device, tube loading device three-in-one, NG tray and OK or supplementary tray. Convenient and efficient. The maximum production capacity can reach 3000UPH, CCD detection, high equipment compatibility.
