PO100 Oil Spectral Instrument
PO100 is an oil spectral instrument which uses rotating disc electrode atomic emission spectroscopy technology and a new digital light source control system, making it smaller and more lightweight. It offers professional testing of metal abrasives and pollutants in lubricating oil or hydraulic oil in use, consistent with the requirements of ASTM D6595 standard. Simultaneously, it complies with ASTM D6728 standard (detection standard for alkaline pollutants in fuel). As an oil element spectral analyzer, there is no need for dilution of oil, and no need for auxiliary solvents or gases. It analyzes multiple abrasive elements simultaneously within 30 seconds, allowing users to quickly detect the oil status of the equipment. The independently developed Oil Spectrometer Analysis Software [WinOil] V1.0 is intuitive and easy to operate, capable of analyzing multiple elements simultaneously.
